1.  give them a wireless internet connection

2.  give them a static IP.

3.  install a LanTronix Serial Server.  ( a box that you Telnet to.  then
 that telnet seesion is "transmogrified" into a serial session with cust. equip )



= telnet session to their equipment instead of a serial connection thru the PSTN
