Larry, I put up a list of "Fixed Wireless WISP locators" at http://www.pasadena.net/wifi/ Perhaps you'll find a WISP in that area on one of these sites.
There are so many Hotspot lists but there does not seem to be a good list of WISPs on the Internet. If anyone knows of others, please share them.
