The question is what to do to make things better? 

Problem - OOo is suffereng a number of the downsides of large
bureaucracies

Solution(s) ?





(On the plus side, the code base isn't going to suddenly disappear
overnight so I don't think there is any imminent danger of extinction.
We do have to be a little careful of talking good stuff down, but I do
think its healthy to be self-critical and look for improvement)
