If everything I advocate comes to pass a one-world non-government would result (no military, regional currency governance with a single currency - albiet with some coordination) and a global civil rights and environmental organization to mostly keep lower levels of government and industry from abusing their citizens and the planet. In the end the "top" of this hierarchy would be figure-head, like Mum in Britain.
