ಆತ್ಮೀಯರೆ , ಚರ್ಚೆ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ರಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಬಹುದು. ಚರ್ಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಸಲ್ಲದು. ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರ ಚರ್ಚೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅವರ ಮಾತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊಂದಲಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ ವಿವರಣೆ ಕೇಳಬೇಕು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ನಿರಂತರ ಬದಲಾಗುವ ವಿಷಯ. ಈಗ ಇರುವ ವಿಷಯಗಳು ನಾಳೆಗೆ ಅಪ್ರಸ್ತುತವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾಳೆಯ ಹೊಸಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಗಳು ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ ಕಳಪೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನಿಂತ ನೀರಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವುದು. ನಾವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ವಿಚಾರಗಳೇ ಅಥವಾ ನಮ್ಮ ಅನುಭವಗಳೇ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಲಾರದು. ಒಂದು ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಿಂದ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸಾಧಕ ಬಾಧಕಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾಕೆ ಇಷ್ಟು ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದರೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಕೆಲವು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳು ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮೆಸೇಜ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ತುಚ್ಛ ವಾಗಿ ಬಿಂಬಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಮೆಸೇಜ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ್ಹವಲ್ಲ. ನಮಗೆ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳು ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ , ಅದನ್ನು ಸಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಬಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಬಹುದು. ಅದಕ್ಕೇಯೇ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಅನ್ನುವುದು. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಯಾರೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನೂ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಇದನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಲ್ಲ. ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಕೆಲವು ಮೆಸೇಜ್ ನೋಡಿ ನೋವಾಯಿತು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಚರ್ಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಬೇರೆಬೇರೆಯಾಗಿ ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ರಮದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಲೋಪವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ವಿರಾಮ ಹಾಕಬೇಡಿ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಯಾವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅವೆರಡನ್ನೂ ಒಂದಾಗಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯದು. ಹೊಸಾ ವಿಚಾರಗಳು ತಿಳಿಯದು.
