ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ನಾಯಕ್ ಸರ್, ಆ ನಿದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಆ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಫೆಲಾದ ಮಕ್ಕಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಏಕೆ ತಿಳಿಯುವಿರಿ.. ಅವರು ಬೇರೆ ಶಾಲೆ ಸೇರಿರಬಹುದು, ವರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಿ ಬೇರೆಡೆ settle ಆಗಿರಬಹುದು... ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ 9ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಫೇಲ್ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹೇಳಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲ. ಆ ನಿಯಮ 1-8ನೇ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ..
