ಶೇಖರ್ ಸರ್ ನೀವು ಹೊಗಳುವಂತಹ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಖಂಡಿತ ಹೊಗಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ಹೇಗೆ? ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೆ ತುಂಬಿರುವ ಈ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದನ್ನು ಬಯಸದೇ ಅವರು ಕಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳುವುದು ತಪ್ಪಾದರೆ ಅ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕನಿಗೆ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಾನು ಈ ಗ್ರೂಪಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ವರ್ಷವಾಗಿದೆ ಆದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯ ಕೆಲ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕಾರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಭಾವಿತನಾಗಿ ಹೊಸ ಚೈತನ್ಯದಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡತೊಡಗಿದೆ. ಅದರ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವಾಗಿ ಹೊಂಬೆಳಕು, ಜೀನಿಯಸ್, ಲರ್ನಿಂಗ್ ಗೇಮ್, ಸ್ಪಿನ್ನಿಂಗ್ ಗೇಮ್ ಇನ್ನೂ ಅನೇಕ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳು ಹೊರಬರುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಪಾಲು ಎಷ್ಟಿದೆಯೋ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಭಾವಿಸಿದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪಾಲು ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಇದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅದನ್ನೇ ತಪ್ಪೆಂದೆ ಭಾವಿಸಿದರೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಸರ್.
