ಮೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಟ್ಯಾಚ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಲೇಖನವನ್ನು ಓದಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಲೇಖನ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಪಡಿಸುದೇನೆಂದರೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಗುಣಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕೊಡುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಪವಾಗಿದೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಅಸಮರ್ಥವಲ್ಲ. ಸಮರ್ಥ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೂ ಪ್ರತಿಬಾವಂತರೇ . ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಪವಾಗಿದೆ.? ಸರಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದೇ ಕಾರಣ. ನಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಅನೇಕರಿಗೆ ನೋವಾದಿತು. ನಾನೂ ಏನಾದರು ತಿಳ್ಕೊಳ್ಳ ಬಹುದು ಎನ್ನುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಗುರುಕುಲ ಎಂದಾಕ್ಷಣ , ಕೇವಲ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಗುರುಕುಲವಲ್ಲ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುವೂ ಬಹಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪಾತ್ರವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಶಿಷ್ಯನ ಬದ್ದತೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಮಾಡುವುದಲ್ಲ. ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯ , ಕಾಲಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇಂದಿನ ಗುರುಗಳಾದ ನಾವು ಕೂಡ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಗುರುಕುಲದ ಹಾಗೆ ಬದ್ದತೆಯಿಂದ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಾವು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳಣವೇ? ಗುರುಕುಲದ ಗುರುವಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಕಾಲಮಿತಿವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಶಿಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಪಧ್ಧತಿ ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಕಲ್ಪಣೆಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ದವಾದುದ್ದು . ಅಂತಹ ಪಧ್ಧತಿ ನಾವು ಪರೋಕ್ಷ ವರ್ಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಆಗಬಹುದು. ದುರ್ಬಲರು , ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರು , ಅನಾಥರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದೇಹವಿಲ್ಲ.
