"savannah.nongnu.org" is currently my favorite as well, especially
because it has a strong focus on open source software.

I think savannah.nongnu.org does allow team maintenance of a git
repository and also offers a bug-tracker... in case we really need it.

Currently, I do not see a need for it as patches have to go though the
netdev mailing list anyway.
