Ah, I guess that's possible.  In England heat isn't usually a problem,  
but that might explain why the same box can run as a lightly-loaded  
pfSense firewall for 100 days, yet it reboots within 1 minute of some  
high-bandwidth traffic starting.

I should probably test that theory by taking the lid off the case, and  
pointing a big desk fan at the box during "make buildworld".
