I'm not a Debian user myself, but you can check to see if the module is
available by looking for natsemi.ko in:
/lib/modules/<kernel-version>/kernel/drivers/net
If it's there, you can use modprobe to load it:
modprobe natsemi
And ethtool will show you if it's working:
ethtool eth0
If that all looks good then you have a configuration problem, which is
beyond my Debian-fu.
