The Digium card only requires power to the card if it's running FXS modules. If you have all FXO modules, no external power is required. 2 FXS modules (as pictured above) should not be a problem, but it will draw around .9 Amps. You'll want to use one of the 5A/60W power supplies rather than the simple wall wart.
