I bought myself a radial fan[1,2] and mounted it on the PCI socket side,
directly at the case top (a little bit of epoxy glue is enough)
to blow the air out of the case. This is quite enough to keep my system
cool even on hot summers (eg up to 35°C ambient). There is some
noise, but not too much. If you dont have a PCI card mounted, i recommend
getting a thicker one than the 8mm one i bought. For more air flow and/or
slower rotating speed and thus less noise.
