Oleg Ya Shmelyoff's Sound Frequency Generator or Sound Generator will pahse shift the right and left channels 90 degrees or however many degrees you want to set it for. I is also a sweep function generator to 1 Mhz.
So download this as a quadrature test instrument and OH, you can have one channel modulate the other. This is one of the nicer looking sound generator softwares.
