Leakage and overshoots from the DAC output does not take into account
the number of bits.

Larger number of bit but high leakage is not as good as a DAC with
smaller number of bits and very little leakage and overshoots.

Reading the specs is an art in itself. Sometimes what they don't specify
is equally as important.
