You have the OpenWire tool, then under "products" on the left side you
have a page with several pages of libraries for different purposes for
Delphi/CBuilder, and for MS Visual C++ with documentation files.

I have not tried them yet, I will in a couple of days so I can't say how
fast they are. I did Google to a site that mentioned that they were
fairly fast.
