Hidehiko-san, there is a proverb that says "all is well what ends well" ! :-) I am glad that you have solved your problem. About the availability of the Audigy 2 NX external USB sound adapter, what I can tell is that here in Italy it has disappeared from all the shops, so probably it is not manufactured any longer. I asked, and the shop owner told me that the dealer did not stock them anymore... so if you want one, the best way probably is to look on eBay to see if somebody is selling a used one. 73 Alberto I2PHD
