I have a workaround that works for me. Did some internet searching on the missing file error messages seen, when trying to run Elektor with Winrad. I am not a programmer, so with a bit of experimentation came up with what appears to be a solution. I am using winXPpro OS and was missing C++ files vcl60.bpl and rtl60.bpl. I downloaded these and copied them to my windows system directory. (example - c:\windows\system) Am now able to control the Elektor SDR 5/07 with Winrad, though I believe the Elektor add-on program may need some fine tuning, as I've found it to be a bit off frequency(on 80m about 400Hz low). Of course the problem may be a result of the workaround. Winrad works great, thank you Alberto. The zipped files were added to the files section and are labelled Elektor vcl60.zip and rtl60.zip. Hope they work for you. Mike N2EAB
