Yes, correct, SDRadio doesn't allow to correct a full sample delay
skew. But Winrad does, and does it up to a delay of four sample
periods. Why that number ? Because some sound cards, like the
EMU-1212M, when set to sample at 192 kHz exhibit such a big skew
between the left and the right channels,

BTW, this card, the EMU-1212M, is an excellent sound card, apart from
that delay problem. It has a dynamic range greater than the Delta 44,
for a cost slightly higher. Just make sure that the product number has
an "M" at the end (1212M). It does exist also a model without the "M",
but its codec is of an inferior quality.
