On Linux you simply have to open a remote terminal session to the PIII server
and you own its serial port.
This using standard commands.
No strange mangling with questionable software tools/drivers, nor paying
anything to reach the required results, neither writing a line of code.

One more reason to leave Windoze to gamers. ;-)
