I had no problems with actually running the program, although I did
take the precaution of installing it in a new folder to preserve my
original version and set-up to go back to just in case.

Most of the changes make a great improvement, particularly in the
flexibility in methods of moving the LO frequency.

There are however a number of obvious software 'bugs', much that I
hate to say that, but it is the fundamental change to the mouse scroll
tuning that I found to be the biggest irritation. Having to hover the
mouse over the small 'blue' window to use the scroll wheel 10Hz tuning
is really a big step backwards.

I appreciate that it is very difficult for those developing the
program to cater for all of the different hardware options people use
to get it right first time, hence the need for 'user' feedback. That
is what I thought was one of the main purposes of these groups.

It is sad to see the way 'users' are now regarded,
