May be he is good faith, or he is just trying to be readmitted in the
group, to send another spam.... will wait a few days, to see what
other group moderators will do...

He hit the SoftRock group and the QRP-L group, each was with a single
recipient, so if it was an accident, he repeated his mistakes several
times in a row. In other words I don't believe him at all.
