If fairness, I'd give a chance under moderation, if it were me. I can't 
see it being "real" spam because he wasn't trying to sell anything, also 
if he was spamming with a purpose then he would already be starting a 
new email account and will have written that one off.

I'd understand how sometimes it could be that auto complete puts in the 
wrong address in the box by mistake.

Spammers never send a second e-mail to apologise.
