  Yes, it sure can! One of the preselector filters is actually a lowpass 
filter, so it'll probably work well even lower that 530 kHz, but it hasn't been 
tested below the "standard" AM broadcast band. I use it to listen to AM 
broadcast stations, and it works well. On the upper end, it works well to at 
least 30 MHz, probably a bit higher, but the DDS only works up to 37.5 MHz. 

  Also, I'm offering it at an introductory price of $150 US for the next two 
weeks, and I am now shipping units.
