Hmmm, it's not displaying the materials so I think something's wrong still.
If I apply the source material on the ice polymesh object then I can see the UVs transferred properly, but it's not setting materials from source. I put "Set Materials from Library" and "Set Material ID" like in your screenshot. No luck. What else could it be?
