Good call Raf and Sandy, given the talent on this list it makes absolute sense to ask the questions here! I will get her to sign up. I always find trying to maintain someone's interest in learning to do a task in a new app when they already have mastered in another is probably the greatest challenge. Probably her brick wall may be the fact she uses so much mel script that she will no doubt want to re-task with Python.

It's a fine art that one can only cultivate when being in too many meetings to do anything producting oneself. If that's not available as a method though the right question on the right list can go a long way :)
