The Sub Center has bad days. Maybe they are upgrading or something.

If you are on Advanced support, there should be a phone number for support in Sub Center.

If you reply to an existing email from support, that will make it back to support (but as part of the existing case...the support specialist can create a new case, but it depends on how closely the agent monitors their queue).

I tweeted @AutodeskHelp. I'm curious to see if they can tell me something.
