@AutodeskHelp says the Sub Center is working ok; they tested with a
couple of different logins.
Can you try again and see if the problem is still happening?
And are you guys on regular support, or ADN (aka partners) ?

If you are on Advanced support, there should be a phone number for
support in Sub Center.
If you reply to an existing email from support, that will make it back
to support (but as part of the existing case...the support specialist
can create a new case, but it depends on how closely the agent
monitors their queue).
