The live interaction can answer problems and doubts istantly not possible
with recorded video..
But I understand that a recorded video is probably the most suitable (if it
also covers the PRO and CONS of the Topic), even because of the busy time
and timezone of everyone.

Maybe a solution could be after the videos are released, to be there
something like a live interaction date to clear the doubts and questions
(submitted in advance) about the topics.
