We certainly don't want you to hire devs to achieve nice imagery. I think the 
latest versions are very easy to use (and comes with a nice physically 
plausible material). 

That being said, we will always make sure to provide you the tools and the 
processes to render images that will differentiate you from your competition. 
That is why, shader programming is very easy in 3Delight for Softimage (among 
other flexibilities).
