maybe I haven't given neural net enough of a try? I want the points to follow the yellow particle "other point cloud"...they emit in to place but stay static once emitted...I want the points on the neural net to follow point of the other point cloud. Tried a stick to location with not much luck. However...I've spent all of 15 minutes on this....just thought there might be a plugin that does this exact thing. I'll keep playing with everyone's suggestions...thanks...
