Have you tried exporting Obj without Uvs ?
Uvs generate bissectors that are not understood by inferior software :)

Hi
I've got a recurring issue with OBJ. Now I wanted to bring my model
into Marmoset Toolbag2, and the obj statistics Marmoset gave me was
false. I had two eye object, and one of the eye had double vertex
number than the other, and the normal were screwed up, no matter what
setting I used. When I brought them into Maya, I have seen that the
vertex normals are off. So I fixed it and exported into Marmoset, and
behold and lo, it was fine. And this is not the first case we have
this issue.
I'm curious when the OBJ exporter will be fixed (like the appending of
multiple OBJ extension, a decade old bug present in Softimage).
And yes, I reported it, but nothing happened.
Cheers
Szabolcs
