We started some early discussion at Blur. Tim is not on this list and no decision has been taken yet. We don't want to rush anything right now. Like everyone else we are mesuring our options. Like everyone else too, I think it's a big disapoitment but I seriously doubt that AD is going to change its mind.. so we already past the refusal step and are moving along with the acceptance.
The transition will be a slow process and I'd be surprise if we're done before the Feb 2016. We have some projects going on and small resources, so we haven't started anything except a few discussion.
