Ah sorry, Interaction Mode is located in File>Interaction Mode. You can then choose “softimage” or “maya” or “SI3D” etc. I found one of them had me loose my temporary sticky keys. “Softimage” should have the sticky toggle function enabled.
Also, if you got Preferences>Interaction>(toggle)Sticky Tools or Sticky Key Toggle you may find some clues to help you reset/control the sticky hey issues. Hope it helps!
