A few years ago I was using Windows Photo Gallery or Live Gallery or something like that, can't remember the name, a free app from Microsoft.
It was interesting. I was creating my own texture library with tags, keywords and categories, but I couldn't finish it. It's just too much work. For just visualizing images I use Irfanview too. Martin
