A hypothetically question regarding Soft 2015 license.

I have a hypothetically question regarding Soft 2015 license
Our support/maintenance  will be up in 1 month  for Soft 2015/Maya 2015 
and since we bought it
mostly for staying with Soft, we don't see a good reason to continue the 
support.
But what would happened if the license server computer dies and since 
the license is linked to the network chip on the motherboard,
will Autodesk help to transfer the licenses to another computer if one 
is not under support?
