Hi Jim,

With Tom's new code for 40 center fequrencies three panel mounted
toggle switchs plus a pushbutton switch work well.  Set the three
switches for the bank, (one of five), push and release the pushbutton
to set the bank, and then set the three toggle switches to the desired
frequency in the selected bank, (one of eight possible).
