I managed to have a modified multiband SoftRock RxTX 6.2 with the Si570 (LVDS) board from WB6DHW and a small addition of a FIN1002. I also setup the PowerSDR-SR40 thats got Si570 control over the LPT interface. So far so good, Si570 responds to PowerSDR and I have Rx and Tx (no transmit images since it works like a SDR-1000) from 160 up to 10m (no change whatsoever to 6m). Well, that happens though with an erratic behaviour, sometimes it does change band, sometimes it does not change, instead it goes to its default startup frequency. After a few tries, it manages to change band. Not sure but it seems that either PowerSDR-SR40 has a weird bug on Si570 programing or I'm not doing something right.
