Good Morning All, I have a CMOS Si570 mounted on a Lite+Xtall board and am obderving strange behavior of the RF output of the device.
The RF output is on for about 4msec, goes off for about 2msec, and continues to repeat this on-off pattern continuously. The frequency of the RF output is about 50MHz during the on time. The RF output envelope displays sudden transitions from on to off or off to on. The PIC on the board acts as if I2C communications is proceeding normally with each DIP switch input change but results in no change in the RF output of the Si570. Has anyone observed proper operation of the CMOS Si570 devices I have been filling orders with in recent weeks? Also, has anyone else observed faulty operation of a CMOS Si570 device?
