On further research... they are under $3.00 each ($2.60 to $2.99 unit quantity) direct from LTC. However, timing jitter may be a factor with 1% specified over the full operation range of 1.039 kHz. to 68 MHz. (0.4% from 1.039 kHz. to 8.5 MHz.).
