I would like to use a softrock ,basically as a band scope/panadapter
with my current rig Icom Ic-775dsp.The IF on the icom is 69.015 mhz. I
have looked at other units..space rf, the Iq, but the costs to do what
I want are out of site 500.00+. All I want to do is set up a simple
bandscope that will follow the vfo of the 775 with a center tune point.
There does not need to be interaction between the radio and scope to
make it useful..Ie click and tune etc like the flex does.
Iam new to the SDR system and there is lots I do not understand. Iam
looking at this point for guideance as where to look for info on what I
want to do and if the soft rock is capable of doing it,with or without
mod or add on.
would be greatful for any guideance on this.
