Start DHCPv4 & DHCPv6
If both comes up with addresses, you're done. dual-stack mode.
If DHCPv4 still waiting and you get a DS-lite option from DHCPv6, abort DHCPv4. 
You are in DS-Lite more
If DHCPv6 still waiting and you get a 6rd option from DHCPv4, abort DHCPv6. You 
are in 6rd mode.
