In the fig.1, UE takes the role of CPE with wireless modem use 3GPP access as uplink. It's double stack capable. Thereby, three kinds of IP devices could connect to such UE. i.e. IPv4-only(H1), IPv6-only(H2) and dual-stack(H3) > Also on page 6, you have a reference to RFC 6035, I think it should be 6052.
