Multiple transition mechanisms would co-exist in the world. Neither MAP
nor 4rd-U can replace 6rd and DS-Lite. There is no one-suit-all solution.
MAP or 4RD cannot replace 6RD, because the goal is different. But they
were specifically done to replace DS-Lite and all CGN derivatives (and I
hope we are not too late for that).
