That's not proper syntax according to the man page.  I don't think you
can give a bare IP.

An access list can be a hostname, netgroup, domain name suffix, or a
network. 

You could make it a network by giving it a 32bit netmask.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]/32

But I'd probably just put a name in /etc/hosts and then put the name in
the dfstab.  It doesn't explain why it works for your old server, but
that's my first guess.

You can also run mountd in verbose mode.  Maybe turning that on and
looking at the logs from the .15 machine's mount will reveal something
useful.
