I'm sorry, but the only info about OS X is this:

So I believe you have to compile it yourself right now. Someone named Jean
created a package for solfege 3.8.2, but I don't have the email, only his
instructions on the wiki.
We need someone to step up and do the job of packaging for OSX. Or someone
should sponsor me a Mac. Then there will be OSX releases :-)
