Just did a check - solr.xml errors will also be displayed - no matter what path
you access.
So the main thing to work out is the continue stuff. I'm kind of thinking it
should apply to each core (like it used to), and there should be another
setting in solr.xml that continues if a core can't load, or fails if any can't
load.
