I used Solr + Cassandra for Document search. Solr works very well with document indexing. For big data visualization, I use Elasticsearch + Grafana. As for today, Grafana is not supporting Solr. Elasticseach is very friendly and easy to use on multi-dimensional Group by and its real-time query performance is very good.
