I find this a bit hard to beleive as i have more than 300 Sonicwall's out there running VPN.
I have seen som minor problems, igreeably most times on SOHO2/3 boxes, for a reason that Sonicwall refuses to explain. But all in all, VPN works flawlessly, so i have these suggestions about what can be wrong : 1. Your box is defective 2. My second adapter on my 2K VPN server is outside the firewall, just because I'm still dealing with the questionable security, but I know several people who have the second adapter on the 2K machine in the DMZ, and have no issues whatsoever. If it's in the DMZ, only difference is you'll have to make sure the rules are set up for it.
