[SonicWALL]- Content Filter. Anyone using it?

Title: Content Filter. Anyone using it?

I just activated the content filter sub on my sonicwall Pro 300 and when I try to do a download of the url list it says that I don't have an active subscription...It shows right on mysonicwall.com that it is active though.  Anyone ever have this problem?  I've waited a while and tried again too with no luck...
